Administration

Operating from the Head Office complex at the Woolston site, the Administration division is responsible for the total control of all company administration and accounting functions.

 

Information technology is an ongoing and vital part of company operations and enables the sophisticated and centralised computer system to control and monitor important company functions.

 

These include:

- Payment and invoicing of accounts.

- Administration of the company payroll.

- Inventory control of stock and plant.

- Monitoring of production statistics.

- Production of export documentation.

- Management of the company's fishing quotas.

 

Monthly reports on sales and production are also produced by the Administration division to ensure that trading results and production targets are met and monitored.
