These chunky, tasty slices are produced from the highest quality hoki and coated in a light, golden crispy Japanese crumb. They are then flash-fried in canola oil and snap-frozen to retain their freshness and delicious flavour.
Royale Fish Fillets are perfect as a main course with baked potatoes and vegetables, or serve with a freshly-tossed salad and lemon or tartare sauce. They provide additional flavour and interest to any seafood basket.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 3 minutes each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.
Deep Fry: 31/2 - 4 minutes each side at 180°C.
Oven Bake: 7 minutes each side at 230°C, or until crisp.
