These succulent Genuine Tenderised Squid Rings are 100% pure squid and are cut directly from the squid tube.

 

They are then treated to a special tenderising process, before being flash-fried in canola oil and snap-frozen to retain their distinctive and unique flavour.

 

Serve as a starter or entree, or as a main course with rice, vegetables or a salad. Genuine Tenderised Squid Rings, which are free of any artificial flavourings, also make a successful addition to any seafood basket.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 2 minutes each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.

Deep Fry: 2 minutes at 180°C.

Oven Bake: 3 - 4 minutes each side at 230°C, or untill golden brown.
