These succulent Genuine Formed Squid Rings are produced from 100% pure squid which is harvested from the cool, clear waters off the West Coast of New Zealand.

 

The rings are coated in a coarse, crispy Japanese crumb, flash-fried in canola oil and then snap-frozen to retain their fresh and distinctive squid flavour. No artificial flavourings are added.

 

Genuine Formed Squid Rings have a crispy, crunchy coating and are ideally suited as a finger food. They are also a successful addition to any seafood basket.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 2 minutes each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.

Deep Fry : 2 minutes at 180°C.

Oven Bake: 6 minutes each side at 230°C, or untill crisp.
