Squid Flavoured Rings are coated in a golden crumb, flash-fried in canola oil and then individually snap-frozen to retain their distinctive and unique squid flavour.

 

They can be served as a successful addition to any seafood basket and are ideal as a finger food, served with a selection of dipping sauces.

 

Squid-flavoured Rings can also be served as a main meal with rice and salad, or with vegetables covered in sweet'n'sour sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 2 minutes each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.

Deep Fry : 2 minutes at 180°C.

Oven Bake: 6 minutes each side at 230°C, or untill crisp.

Burst rings indicate overcooking.
