COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Steam: 14 minutes in a covered steamer.
Oven Bake : 35 minutes at 200C in a covered dish or foil.

Microwave: Place in a covered dish or bag. Microwave on high power. Let stand for 1 minute.. Cooking times are:
3 minutes (100g)

51/2 minutes (200g)
61/2 minutes (300g)

8 minutes (400g)
Weights are approximate and cooking times will vary with size, or if fillets are thawed - (650 watt oven).
