Hoki Fillets

These centre cut fillets are produced from the highest quality hoki and snap-frozen to retain their freshness and delicious flavour.

 

Serve as baked fillets with lemon or sauce, and baked potatoes with vegetables. Alternatively, coat the fillets in batter or a light crumb, fry and serve with french fries and a salad.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - BEST NOT THAWED.
Steam: 14 minutes in a covered steamer.
Oven Bake : 35 minutes at 200°C in a covered dish.

Microwave: Place in a covered dish or bag. Microwave on high power, let stand for 1 minute. Cooking times are:
3 minutes (100gm),
51/2 minutes (200gm),
61/2 minutes (300gm),
8 minutes (400gm).


Weights are approximate and cooking times will vary with size, or if fillets are thawed (650 watt oven).
