Lemon Pepper Fillets

Enjoy the freshness and flavour of these snap-frozen Herb & Garlic Fish Fillets coated in a crispy golden crumb.

 

Serve on top of steamed vegetables with a hollandaise sauce. Herb & Garlic Fish Fillets are also delicious served with poached eggs, steamed beans and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil to medium heat. Fry in a covered pan for 5 minutes each side until golden brown.

Deep Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven and dish or tray to 230°C. Bake for 7 minutes each side until golden brown.

Grill: Preheat grill and rack. Grill on high for 11 minutes until golden brown turning several times while cooking.
