Crumbed Fish Fingers

Enjoy the freshness and flavour of these snap-frozen Fish Fingers coated in a crispy golden crumb.

 

Serve them as finger food with dipping sauces such as barbeque or satay sauce, or natural yoghurt combined with finely chopped cucumber or sweet chilli sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: Preheat 3-5mm of vegetable oil to medium heat. Fry for 4 minutes each side until golden brown.

Deep Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry for 3 minutes until golden brown.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven and dish or tray to 230°C. Bake for 8 minutes each side until golden brown.

Grill: Preheat grill and rack. Grill on high for 5 minutes each side until golden brown.

Dry Fry: Preheat a non-stick pan to a medium heat. No oil or fat is required. Fry in a covered pan for 4 minutes each side until golden brown.

 

Note: Shallow Fry or Deep Fry is recommended for best results.
