Crumbed Fish Burgers

Enjoy the flavour of these snap-frozen Fish Burgers coated in a crispy Japanese crumb.


1. Serve on a grilled foccacia open sandwich with coleslaw.
2. Top with sliced peppers, mozzarella cheee and flash-grill.
3. Serve with a crisp salad in pita bread, drizzled with sweet chilli sauce or hummus.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil to medium heat. Fry in a covered pan for 3 1/2 minutes each side until golden brown.

Deep Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven and dish or tray 230°C. Bake for 8 minutes each side until golden brown.

Grill: Preheat grill and rack. Grill on high for 3 1/2 minutes each side until golden brown. Turn several times.

 

Note: Shallow Fry or Deep Fry is recommended for best results.
