Fish Goujons

Crumbed Goujons are produced from freshly frozen fillets that are sliced and coated in a golden breadcrumb, flash fried in canola oil and then snap-frozen to enhance their freshness and flavour.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Deep Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry for 41/2minutes, until golden brown..

Oven Bake: Preheat oven and dish or tray to 230°C. Bake 10 minutes each side.
