FIsh Fillet Cocktails

These tasty bite-sized cocktails, produced from high-quality fresh hoki, are coated in a crispy golden crumb, flash-fried in canola oil and then snap-frozen to retain their distinctive flavour.

 

Fish Fillet Cocktails can be served as a main course with rice, sweet'n'sour or tartare sauce.  They make a successful addition to any seafood basket or platter and are ideal as a finger food, served with a selection of dipping sauces.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 3 minutes each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.
Deep Fry: Fry for 51/2 - 6 minutes at 180°C.

Oven Bake: 71/2 minutes each side at 230°C, or until crisp
