These meal-sized fillets are produced from the highest quality hoki and coated in a crispy Japanese crumb. They are then flash-fried in canola oil and snap-frozen to retain their freshness and delicious flavour.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: Preheat 1/2cm of vegetable to a medium heat. Fry in a covered pan for 5 minutes (115gm), 6 minutes (145gm) each side until golden brown.
Deep Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry for 51/2 - 6 minutes (115gm), 6 - 61/2 minutes (145gm) until golden brown.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven and dish or tray to 230°C. Bake for 7 minutes (115gm), 9 minutes (145gm) each side until golden brown.
