Fish Cakes

These Fish Cakes are coated in a light crispy Japanese crumb, flash-fried in canola oil and then snap-frozen to enhance their distinctive and spicy flavour.

 

Fish Cakes can be served as a main course with baked potatoes, vegetables or a freshly-tossed salad. They are also ideal as a quick snack in a burger bun, garnished with tomato, lettuce and tartare sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: 4 minutes each side in 1/2cm oil on medium high.
Deep Fry: 4 minutes at 180°C.

Oven Bake: 8 minutes each side at 230°C, or untill golden brown.
