Fish Fillets in a light crispy Tempura Batter

These portion-controlled Fish Fillets are produced from the highest quality hoki which is frozen at sea. The fillets are then coated in a light crispy tempura batter, flash-fried in canola oil and snap-frozen to retain their freshness and delicious flavour.

 

Serve as a main course with freshly-tossed salad and baked potatoes or add to a seafood basket. Fish Fillets are perfect for restaurant, catering or take-away menus and are easily and quickly prepared for home meals.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: Preheat oil to medium heat. Cook 3 - 31/2 minutes (80gm) 4 minutes (115gm) 5 minutes (145gm) each side.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Cook for 41/2 - 5 minutes (80gm) 51/2 - 6 minutes (115gm) 6 - 61/2 minutes (145gm).
